AHH, A time when MTV actually played music videos. riding your stylish pink huffy bike, sportin your stone washed jeans(I had a pair that actually came with stones in the pocket!), Jean Jackets complete with pins and patches, watching Pretty in Pink for the Zillionth time, Hypercolor t-shirts, Max Headrom, Jordache jeans, Pat Benetar, The Smurfs, The Pointer Sisters, Transformers, Alf (thats right, I said Alf),
DALLAS, 3-2-1 Contact, The Love Boat, Mission Impossible, Punky Brewster, My Two Dads, Budweiser ads/Spuds Mackenzie, Poochie, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, "New" Coke, Bold Hold Hairspray, Blue Eyeshadow, Miami Vice, Run DMC Adidas Suits, The Bangles/Walk Like an Egyptian, Def Leppard, DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince (aka Will Smith), UB40....
Oh girl talk about the scrunch socks, hell yeah I used to wear two pair, and alternate the colors, for example a red sock on top of a blue one, and the blue one on top of the red one on the other foot. I was the side ponytail GODDESS baby! My mother didn't seem to know that there was any other way to fix my hair when I was a child, EVEN Barbie and the Rockers had to endure the
side ponytail.
