Interesting...
Alright Folks! this word has GOT to go! I'm so sick of it! The final straw was when at dinner last night Jason's response to something I said was "interesting". No No NO!!! New word NOW!

At this time tomorrow I'll be in Seattle Washington. As of this moment I have absolutely 0, nada, nothing packed. But I've been so busy today. I can't wait for this vacation. I've been wanting to go to Alaska since I was a little girl. Jason says "take pictures" oh honey that's an understatement. I'll be on the cover of National Geographic one day. It's on the 'to do' list. As for the rest of the day I think I'll turn on a little Miranda Lambert and get my arse in gear.

I spent the evening and part of the early morning watching a sweaty greasy boy work on his truck. A very sexy one I might add. There are things about men like him and my dad that I will forever admire. I would have been pissed off and throwing shit around and they hold such infinite patience when it comes to "mechanicking" (had to throw a 'K' in there because it just doesn't look right with a 'C'). I swear he spent 3 hours trying to get a pulley straight. Now whereas he patiently drilled and redrilled and drilled and redrilled. I would have been lying on the concrete dead from the vein that burst in my head. I suppose on certain things I have that sort of patience too, but I find it such an admirable quality in a man. So I just had to brag on him this morning.

I kissed your mouth your back...is that all you need?

Wow, so tonight at this moment I'm overcome with emotions. I just thank god that I have such amazing friends who stand by me. I wish sometimes God would walk up to me and say..."Lacy, you need to stick it out with Jason because he's all you'll ever need."
or
"Move your punk ass on, there are way better things out there for you."

And although I know all of you love me and want to see me happy, at this moment I just need your support. Not anyone telling me how "he's not worth it, or don't waste my time". Respectfully this is my decision and from a spiritual standpoint, I'm the one who has to live the rest of my life knowing I did all I could.

I NEVER do these things, but since it's for Sara...

What were you doing 10 years ago?

Ok so there were some problems with our internet here at the hotel so we had to call in the maintenance guy. Well he was so sweet and he kept talking to us about beads. Then when he was leaving he asked us if we were staying tomorrow night. When we replied with no he got all dissapointed and said he was hoping something else would break tomorrow, hahaha!

On the 4th of July I got a phone call from one of my former students and it went a little something like this...
"Hey hooker, this is Cassie. I was calling to find out where the party's at. call me back."

Then yesterday Stephen calls me and tries to bribe me into throwing him a huge party if he passes his TAKS test and gets his diploma in July.

My kids are crazy. I don't know what I'd do without them. I asure you though I will not be on the evening news for getting my students drunk and going to jail. haha.

You were pretty as can be, sitting in the front seat
Looking at me, telling me you love me, and your happy to be,
With me on the 4th of July
We sang Stranglehold to the stereo
Couldn't take no more of that rock n roll
So we put on a little George Jones and just sang along

Happy 4th of July!!!
