Reality TV
Since we had the flu we've become addicted to reality tv, not just any reality tv, VH1 Reality tv. Bret Michaels rock of love is pure entertainment. Who goes on a tv show to convince some guy to fall in love with you because you are obsessed with him? And Flavor of Love is my absolute favorite...How many kids these days only know who he is because of his show? and OMG those girls? wtf? I swear they picked most of them up down at the wellfare office. And last but not least who can resist Dr. Drew and Celebrity Rehab? I must say I really like it because I find it uplifting. Most of the crap on tv shows how useless and ignorant people are, but that show gives me hope that there are people with the "stremf" to change.

I'm hooked on MTV reality shows as well. The Hills, Rob & Big, I can't stop. Ugh.

Why is it impossible to find Navy shoes?
They make navy suits, so why not navy shoes to match?
And what color purse do you buy to match black, navy, grey, & brown?

Exa told me to wear red shoes with a navy suit...as if.
Glad to see you blogging again. I miss ya.
hmmm...I don't think I could pull off red shoes with that. I did however find a killer pair of navy boots at DSW sunday so I'm all fixed up. Now I need a purse and I'll be good for at least 2 weeks worth of clothes.

It is sorta ridiculous that I only post on this thing a few months out of the year. I've practically forgotten how to write in it. I should post more, it's not that I have nothing to say it is that I have no time to say it.
I got the ExxonMobil job!!!!!
http://www.exxonmobil.com/Corporate/careers_newhire.aspxBadass, over twice my teaching salary, new Durango for me!!! I'm really excited and blessed. I've been asked to be a guest on Lamar's advisory board next month which is ironic since they never wanted to hear my opinion before and now they are asking for it ( they want money ). But, either way it will be fun and a day off. I'm still sort of in shock about the job, I've been shopping some but I still don't know what my dress code will be. It's an hour drive, but its one of those jobs that I seriously could have only dreamed about. When I interviewed the second time I felt really confident, but it had been 10 months so I was getting worried. I think my persistance paid off in the end. I start March 4th and the butterflies are beginning. I took my drug test at the Baytown facility and I think if we put Exxon in charge of national security we'll never have another problem. It was like pentagon level security clearance just to get into the visitors center.
Other than that excitement, life has been chill. We've both had our round of the flu a few weeks ago and now that is out of the way I'm pretty sure I have acute bronchitis, because I'm the only one with a cough that continues to prevent me from BREATHING! We went to the lake last weekend for the first time since deer season. We took my precious Kash with us which turned out great. I'd love to keep him in my back pocket forever! Since he's moved back I sleep easier not worrying about that boy. Brian always tells me we are going to have a boy first and I tell him God wouldn't do that to me, haha. When I look at Kash I know that if he did, he's send me someone just like him. It's funny how you relate to people. I think that a soulmate comes in many different forms, not necessarily a significant other. I would say that Kash must be one of mine, or at least part of my reason for being here.
More next month!
