I might become addicted to the Atkin's diet. I love this. I eat all day long, seriously like every two hours. I had bacon today fried in butter...DO YOU KNOW HOW GOOD THAT IS??? Not only that, but how perfect is a diet that will allow you to eat a steak every day? Of course every now and then I miss the green stuff. Celery and cream cheese are my new favorite snack. Spenda and Kool-Aid are the best stuff on earth. Today is the end of my induction phase, but I think I might just stay on it, it's not hard. I can't get over how much I eat. I've gone from eating about twice a day to eating as much as I want about 5 times a day, and I've lost 8lbs doing this. It's amazing.
